Project Description

Al Salam Street is one of the business streets in the city and Is considered as an arterial road. It is being upgraded to create an urban expressway featuring a network of roads and Tunnels that will eventually lead to a smooth free-flow facility. Upon completion of Al Salam Street Project, Motorists will be able to travel through Al Salam Street without any traffic signals from sheikh Zayed Bridge until the Mina Zayed area.nnThis will result in a much smoother traffic flow and faster travel time for thousands of motorists driving through this principal route.nAl Salam Street Project is initiated by municipality of Abu Dhabi Municipality (Municipality of Abu Dhabi City) in response to the urban growth and population increase in the capital. nIt is an effort to further establish Abu Dhabi’s position as a truly modern metropolis on par with the best in the world.

Tetra Emirates, as one of its subcontractors, takes pleasure in being a part of Abu Dhabi significant development. Tetra is the 1st contractor working in the big projects in a very professional way in Abu Dhabi. nThe total length of Al-Salam Street for RC pipes 7,000 LM ranging from Dia 600mm until 1,800mm and for Lateral Lines length 10,000 LM for GRP ranging Dia 300mm until 500mm. nThe total manholes are 135 Nr of different types as per the depth and around 400 Nr of inlets and catch basins. nAl Salam Street is in the centre of the city and we are constructing our lines with accurate supervisions keeping in mind all the utilities and services in the city and connections of our lines to the existing.

Scope of Work:
1.Surveying the sites with NOC of the services from Authorized departments.
2. Investigation for the Trial pits for the existing services and we submitted to the consultant through the main contractor
3. QA/QC for the vendor list approved
4. Cost Control
5. Planning
6. Procurements
7. HSE rules and regulations
8. Construction Management
9. Supervision of the installation of pipeline
10. Testing of pipelines
11. Commissioning
12. Handover as per as built drawings.
