1. Feasibility Study.
2. Surveying the sites with NOC of the services from Authorized departments.
3. Investigation for the Trial pits for the existing services and we submitted to the consultant through the 4. main contractor.
5. QA/QC for the vendor list approved
6. Cost Control .
7. Planning.
8. Procurements.
9. HSE rules and regulations.
10. Construction Management.
11. Supervision of the installation of pipeline.
12. Testing of pipelines.
13. Commissioning.
14. Handover as per as built drawings.
