Desert Towers Project Investors Al Qudra Real Estate. The scope of works Including the followings:
1- SEWERAGE SYSTEM:
Construction of sewerage system main lines and lateral lines with connection to the existing. The total length of the sewerage lines around 1400 LM included 44 Nr GRP manholes.

2- STORM WATER:
Construction of storm water Pipeline 1,900 LM with 66 Nr of manholes. Curve Inlets and Catch Basin.

3- WATER SUPPLY:
Construction of water supply lines 1,200 LM with 32 Nr of chambers and perforated pipes 2600 LM uPVC Pipes, with all testing as per the specifications.

Scope Of Work:

1. Surveying works with NOC for all the utilities.
2. Investigations for trial pits.
3. QA/QC approval of the supplied material.
4. Procurements.
5. Supervision, construction and installation as per specifications.
6. Cost Control.
7. Planning.
8. HSE rules and regulations.
9. Commissioning the line with all tests.
10. Hand Over to Al-Qudra Real Estate.
