1. SEWERAGE SYSTEM
Construction of Sewerage System main lines for 400-villa and house connection to the main line and from main line to the existing. The quantity of the pipeline is 7,000Lm in different sizes of the pipes and the type of the pipe is GRP and uPVC. The number of manholes is around 200 and 400 inspection chambers.
2. STORM WATER WORKS
Construction of Storm Water Works main lines for 400-villa and house connection to the main line and from main line to the existing.The quantity of the pipeline is 6,000Lm in different sizes of the pipes and the manholes is around 120 and 300 inlets.

3. IRRIGATION WORKS
Construction of Irrigation Works main lines for 400-villa and Different types of chamber are air valve, gate valve… etc., and around 29 chambers and 4,000Lm HDPE pipes.

4. WATER SUPPLY
Construction of Water Supply System for 400-villa. The quantity of the pipe is 8,000Lm in different chambers, gate valves, air valves… etc., and connection to the existing and the pipe is HDPE. The number of chambers is around 59 and 400-villa chamber connection.

5. FIRE FIGHTING
Construction of External Fire Fighting System, pillared type for 400-villa.

6. SOFT AND HARD LANDSCAPE
> Replacement of existing unsuitable soil with approved imported fill, levelling and compaction to receive subgrade layer.
> Construction of around 10,500.00 linear meter of roads, the work including subgrade layer 250mm thickness, sub-base layer 200mm thickness, interlocking tiles 60 mm thick for side walks and 80 mm for roads, speed tables, rubber humps, signage and road marking.
> Planting of grasses, shrubs and trees.

7. TRANSPORTATION
Supply to the main contractor for his work the following equipment, namely, Excavators, JCB”s, Shovels and Mobile Cranes.

1. Dewatering System.
2. Design and Implementation.
3. Surveying the sites with NOC of the services from Authorized departments.
4. Investigation for the Trial pits for the existing services and we submitted to the consultant through the 6. 5. main contractor
6. QA/QC for the vendor list approved
7. Cost Control .
8. Planning.
9. Procurements.
10. HSE rules and regulations.
11. Construction Management.
12. Supervision of the installation of pipeline.
13. Testing of pipelines.
14. Commissioning.
15. Handover as per as built drawings.
